Job Description:

Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking Administrator: Talent Development Support to join their team in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities: 

Manage logistical activities

Co-ordinate learning interventions

  • ?Report all faulty equipment to relevant departments
  • Arrange learning intervention facilities and resources according to the received training request
  • Communicate the final arrangements with the project leader and learners
  • Update and maintain training calendar
  • Publish learning interventions calendar on shared drive

 

Talent Development Administration

  • Compile Manco Report
  • Compile skills reports for subsidiary
  • Collate BEE skills development data and submit for reporting purposes
  • Compile and distribute relevant committee agendas and minutes
  • Publish learner and learning intervention records on shared drive
  • Record and file original learning intervention documents
  • Assist with reporting to external entities e.g. INSETA

 

Administrate the budget

  • Request payment from Finance Department
  • Reconcile financial data between Talent Development budget and Finance general ledgers
  • Reconcile Talent Development budget and learner management system

 

Assessment system maintenance

  • Request payment from Finance Department
  • Create and link the learner to the assessment
  • Create libraries questions and assessments
  • Create and link the administrators
  • Maintaining validity of all assessments
  • Maintain the system functionality
  • Coach learners to use the assessment

Requirements:

  1. Matric
  2. B Degree or Diploma in Human Resources  
  3. 1 year Administration experience
  4. 1 year Training coordination and systems experience

 

Knowledge

  • SAQA,
  • INSETA
  • FSC
