Administrator: Forensic Investigations (Insurance)

Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking Administrator: Forensic Investigations to join their team in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities: 

Attend to general administration:

  • Receive affidavits from client services department
  • Register affidavits on investigation register
  • Notify responsible Sales Manager on any fraudulent activities in their area
  • Obtain  policy application forms from system for a particular investigation case
  • Update in-house system throughout the process of investigation
  • Prepare refund request form (event of refund recommendation)
  • Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
  • Create and maintain files and record keeping system
  • Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)

 

Attends to Replacement Officer functions

  • Receive and provide replacement documents (RPAR)
  • to Sales Managers and intermediaries and replaced insurer
  • Handle the replacement queries
  • Communicate with replacing Life Insurer when
  • Submit written representations by Intermediaries in case of non-compliance
  • Request necessary documentation from client if necessary (i.e. banking details)
  • Create and maintain files and record keeping system
  • Handle all telephonic calls and responses effectively and efficiently (TCF)

Requirements:

  1. Matric
  2. Forensics Diploma/certificate 
  3. Forensics Investigation Certification 
  4. 1-2 years forensics experience
  5. 1-2 years Insurance Experience 

 

Knowledge

  • Legislation: LTIA, FAIS, FICA, Companies Act (not limited)
Salary: R18 000.00 CTC per month
