Our client in the Insurance industry is seeking Administrator: Marketing Support & Sales Intelligence to join their team in Pretoria East.

Responsibilities: 

Comply with FAIS Regulation

  • Comply with Marketing Sales Administration manual in accordance with legislative, industry and regulatory body requirements
  • Screen and select candidates effectively and efficiently and provide feedback to Sales Managers
  • Comply with FIT and Proper requirements for new recruitments
  • Update appointments and terminations on the FSB register within required time frame
  • Conduct bi - annual accreditations on products, legislations, code of conduct and FIT and Proper status and issue updated disclosure letters
  • Maintain record keeping on all intermediaries and render support to Sales

 

Validate appointments of Representatives and Juristic Representatives

  • Receive information from GSDM for appointments or terminations and action accordingly
  • Follow up on all incomplete documentation and send back to relevant parties before pre-approval of appointments
  • Pre-approve new appointments (Criminal, ITC, Fit & Proper Requirements & FSB Register)
  • Identify candidates for training for Assupol Life
  • Process issuing contracts, disclosure letters and code of conducts to representatives and juristic representatives
  • Ensure that all contracts are signed properly before scanning and filing
  • Update the appointment and termination spread sheet for uploads to FSB
  • Coordinate bridging allowances to representatives within required time frame
  • Recon appointments on production yearly
  • Recon Group Scheme reps on a monthly basis by comparing commission with production

Assist Manager with debarment processes and procedures (TCF)

  • Contribute in Identifying undesirable practices and report it to Manager or Compliance Officer
  • Assist with debarment and suspension of an agent/broker when found guilty
  • Add debarred representatives to appointment and termination spread sheet for uploads to FSB
  • Liaise with legal for letters on termination of broker and rep agreements and place on file

Co-ordinate Training and Awareness on FAIS (Fit & Proper Requirements)

Check FSB Register
Provide support to Sales Team
Record keeping
 

Requirements:

  1. Matric
  2. RE 5
  3. 120 Credits on NQF 5 (Wealth Management)
  4. 1-2 year’s Sales Administration experience
  5. MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge

  • Legislation: FAIS, FICA, NCA, LTIA, Financial Planning Law
  • Practical Sales experience

Salary: R18 000.00 CTC per month
