Our client is in the finance industry is looking for an Office Coordinator to provide Front Office Support and Customer Service in line with SLA
Responsibilities:
· Office Management and Support
· Inventory and sourcing of supplies
· Health and safety
· Physical Security
· Repairs and Maintenance
· Marketing, IT and HR Support as per the General Operations Metrics and Outcomes document
· Motor Vehicle Management
· Premises Management
· Travel Arrangements / B&B Co-ordination
Requirements:
· Matric
· 3 Years’ Experience in an Office Management role
· Experience in people management
· 1 Year Client Services
