Office Assistant/ Finance Administrator (Architectural and Project Management)

Location: Pretoria

            

Our client in the Architectural and Project Management industry is looking for an Office Assistant/ Finance Administrator.

 

Key responsibilities 

 

·         Maintain all office expenses

·         Controlling Petty Cash, including office maintenance expenses

·         Domestic Staff remuneration

·         Capturing of site disbursements and all other expenses

·         Control Stationery 

·         Maintain Domestic Schedules

·         Labelling and filing of office administration system 

·         Collection of office post

·         Booking flights, car rentals and accommodation for staff 

·         Managing staff meal orders, payments and collection 

·         Arranging refreshments for meetings

·         Assist Marketing manager with tender documents 

·         Send parcels locally and internationally

·         AIl other administration duties

 

Requirements            

                                 

·         Must have experience in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sage Pastel and the rest of the Microsoft suite.

·         Must have Auto CAD experience
