Our client in the Telecommunications industry is looking for an Administrator.
Key responsibilities
· Assist in managing and sorting out the sales reporting for the UC Division
· Previous experience essential
· Handling incoming and outgoing mails
· Answer telephones
· Schedule appointments (external and internal)
· Draft reports
· Edit correspondence
· Maintain database and filing systems
· Provide high-level admin support
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in Administrator role
· Financial Background
· Knowledge of what GP, Lines of Business etc. is
· Proficient in Excel (up to Vlookup level)
· Able to work independently
