Loss and Risk/ Debtors Admin (Retail)

Our client in the Retail Industry is looking to hire a Loss and Risk/ Debtors Admin.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Check Daily Returns

·         Credit Note Reports

·         Credit Note Batches

·         Credits Note investigations and claims

·         Camera Checks on returns

·         Route Planning

·         Compiling cases against theft against the company

·         Tracking

Requirements

SKILLS:

·         Matric

·         Literate in English and Afrikaans 

·         Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Debtors Clerk  

·         Syspro experience an advantage 

BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:

·         Well-groomed and presentable 

·         Self-motivated, organised, and responsible (stable work history)

·         Must be able to work independently and be punctual

·         Good organisational and administration skills 

·         Attention to detail 

·         Investigative traits regarding credits and what happened
