Job title: Tender Administrator
Location: Pretoria
Role Overview
•Detail-oriented and proactive administrator with 3–5 years’ tender administration experience.
•Manages full tender process, general office admin, and telesales support.
•Requires strong communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
•Coordinate and compile tender documents per client requirements.
•Track tender opportunities and manage submission deadlines.
•Ensure compliance with tender specs and regulations.
•Prepare and send client quotations; follow up and maintain quote records.
•File, scan, and maintain organized physical and electronic records.
•Assist with daily office and administrative tasks.
•Conduct telesales calls; provide product/service information.
•Maintain telesales records and follow-up logs.
•Compile reports on tenders, quotes, and telesales activities.
•Liaise with clients and internal departments for smooth communication.
•Work confidently with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
•Update internal databases and documentation systems.
Requirements:
•3–5 years experience in tender administration or similar admin role.
•Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
•Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•Good English communication skills; Afrikaans advantageous.
•High attention to detail.
•Proactive, self-motivated, professional, and reliable.
