Job Title:Broker Administrator - New Business (Pretoria East)


Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
•Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
•Assist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications
•Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
•Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations
•Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues
•Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs
•Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence
•Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
•Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
•Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention
•Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
•Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends


Qualifications and Skills:
•Matric
•2 or more years’ experience in life insurance industry
•Computer literate
•RE5 will be an advantage
•astute and atWORK will be an advantage
•Afrikaans and English fluent speaking/reading/writing
•Valid driver’s license and own transport
