Job Title: Motor Warranty Claims Consultants
Location: Pretoria

We are urgently looking for experienced Motor Warranty Claims Consultants to join our Pretoria operation.

This is an inbound warranty claim’s role and not a sales or outbound call-centre position.

Qualifications and Experience:

•              Motor warranty/mechanical claims

•              Motor insurance claims

•              Dealership warranty administration

•              Service advising

•              Mechanical/workshop administration

•              Vehicle maintenance authorisations

•              Automotive customer service/call-centre environments

Key Competence:

•                     Strong verbal and written communication skills

•                     Excellent administration and organisational abilities

•                     High attention to detail and accuracy

•                     Strong customer service skills

•                     The ability to manage claims and authorisations efficiently

•                     Knowledge of Automotive and/or mechanical
